Sandeep Marwah Honoured for His Social Activities in India at Large

New Delhi: Dr. Sandeep Marwah Founder of Noida Film city and Chancellor of AAFT University is one of the best-known philanthropists we know in town. His contribution to media and entertainment industry is par excellence and his involvement in social activities cannot be expressed in words. Dr. Marwah is chairing more than 100 film, TV, media, Art, Culture and social organisation and spending his large time in uplifting the society,” said Anju Handa President and founder of SHEConnects on the launching of HE Connects at Hotel Radisson Blue at Mahipalpur.

“We are honoured with his presence and thank him for launching our new organisation HEConnects. Our last organisation SHEConnects was also launched by him three years back,” added Sayyada Ansari Vice President of the association.

An award was presented to Dr. Sandeep Marwah by Amarendra Khatua former Secretary Ministry of External Affairs Government of India in the presence of Shri K.L. Ganju Consul General Union of Comoros, Syed Algazi, Indrajit Ghosh founder MSMECCI, Dr G.D.Singh, Naresh Amar, Mike Berry, Peeyush Swaran and many other dignities.

Festival of Films from Belarus at Marwah Studios   Noida: The Cinema of Belarus began on 17 December 1924 with the creation by decree of what later became Belarusfilm studio. The studio was moved to Minsk in 1939. Film production was interrupted by World War II  and restarted in 1946, when the studio assumed its current name.
