H.E. Charrandass Persaud Patron to Indo Guyana Film And Cultural Forum

New Delhi: H.E. Charrandass Persaud High Commissioner of Guyana to India has been kind enough to accept the Patronship of newly formed organisation Indo Guyana Film and Cultural Forum by International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry in association with High Commission of Guyana in India.

“We are charged with new energy on the formation of Indo Guyana Films and Cultural Forum and acceptance of Patronship of Indo Guyana Film and Cultural Forum by H.E. Charrandass Persaud High Commissioner of Guyana to India. Under his leadership we will be able to bring better results a far as relation of two countries are concerned,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI.

H.E. Charrandass Persaud is a Canadian-Guyanese lawyer and politician, who is Guyana's High Commissioner to India since March 2021. He was a member of the Guyanese National Assembly  from 2015 to 2018, representing the Alliance for Change  party in the East Berbice-Corentyne region

Festival of Films from Belarus at Marwah Studios   Noida: The Cinema of Belarus began on 17 December 1924 with the creation by decree of what later became Belarusfilm studio. The studio was moved to Minsk in 1939. Film production was interrupted by World War II  and restarted in 1946, when the studio assumed its current name.
