Sandeep Marwah Nominated Chair for Indo Suriname Cultural Forum


New Delhi: Dr. Sandeep Marwah Founder of Noida Film City, President of AAFT University of Media and Arts, Founder President of Marwah Studios and President of CEGR-Centre for Education Growth and Research has been nominated as the Chair for Indo Suriname Film and Cultural Forum by Ria A Sital Charge d’ Affaires Embassy of Republic of Suriname in India recently.

A new body under the name and banner of Indo Suriname Film and Cultural Forum has been formed by International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry in association with High Commission of Suriname in India to develop and promote relation between the people of two countries.

“We are impressed by the energy of Dr. Sandeep Marwah and his contribution to the media and entertainment and art and culture Industry globally. His experience and expertise can bring concrete results in this association,” said Ria A Sital Charge d’ Affaires of Embassy of The Republic of Surinam congratulating Dr. Marwah.

It is a great honour to represent the country of Suriname as the Chair of Indo Suriname Film and Cultural Forum. India has wonderful relations with Suriname, we will take this to next level,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah accepting the Chairmanship.

Festival of Films from Belarus at Marwah Studios   Noida: The Cinema of Belarus began on 17 December 1924 with the creation by decree of what later became Belarusfilm studio. The studio was moved to Minsk in 1939. Film production was interrupted by World War II  and restarted in 1946, when the studio assumed its current name.
